Who needs the TDAC?
All foreign nationals entering Thailand by air, land or sea — including visa-exempt travellers and transit passengers who leave the airport. It replaced the paper TM6 form in May 2025.
When to submit
Within 3 days before arrival. If you submit too early the system may reject it, so we hold early orders and file them when the window opens.
What you'll need
- Passport details (number, nationality, expiry)
- Flight or vehicle number and arrival date
- Where you will stay in Thailand (hotel name and address)
- Countries visited in the last 14 days (health declaration)
- Occupation and purpose of visit
- Departure date and onward travel
Tips before you file
- Each traveller needs their own card, including children.
- Your accommodation address must be in Thailand — use your first hotel.
- Keep the QR/confirmation on your phone; officers may ask to see it.
