FAQ

Questions travellers ask

Is Arrivly the official arrival card website?

No. Arrivly is an independent private service. Every arrival card we handle is free to file yourself on the official government website — we list those links on this page. You pay us for the convenience of having it done and checked for you.

Why pay for something that is free?

You don't have to. People use us when they are travelling as a family or group, filing on a phone at the airport, unsure what a field means, or just short on time. We check names against passports, pick the right options, re-file if something changes, and send one clean confirmation email.

When should I apply?

Most cards open 3 days (72 hours) before arrival. You can place your order any time — we queue it and file it as soon as the official window opens, then email you the confirmation.

What do I receive?

The official confirmation, QR code or PIN from the government system, forwarded to your email as a PDF, plus a copy in the format officers usually ask to see.

Does this guarantee I will be let into the country?

No. An arrival card is a declaration, not a visa. Entry is always decided by the immigration officer. If you need a visa or travel authorisation (such as K-ETA or Indonesia e-VOA), that is a separate application.

What if my flight changes?

Tell us before you land and we will update or re-file your card free of charge for the same trip.

How is my passport data handled?

Data is sent over HTTPS, used only to file your card, and deleted from our systems 30 days after your arrival date. We never sell it. See our privacy policy.
