Who needs the SGAC?

All foreign visitors arriving in Singapore, except those transiting without passing through immigration clearance.

When to submit

Within 3 days before arrival. If you submit too early the system may reject it, so we hold early orders and file them when the window opens.

What you'll need

  • Passport details
  • Arrival date and flight, ferry or vehicle details
  • Singapore address (hotel or host)
  • Health declaration (recent travel, symptoms)
  • Last city before Singapore and next destination

Tips before you file

  • Submissions are linked to your passport — no printout needed.
  • Group submissions are possible for families travelling together.
  • If your plans change, you can update the card before arrival.
